You must contact us before returning any products!
No return will be authorized after 1 Week. All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package In Bold Print. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Appliances must be returned (unused) in the original box with the manufacturer seal unbroken. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser. Once the appliance has been used it cannot be returned as it cannot be resold. If the appliance is defective or needs repair during the warranty period please review your warranty and contact the manufacturer to make arrangements for repair or replacement. All warranties are between the appliance manufacturer and you, the purchaser. We make no express or implied warranties. The manufacturer is responsible for repairing or correcting any defects during the warranty period. Please review your warranty immediately upon receipt of your appliance. Syrups, concentrates or other products for consumption cannot be resold due to FDA guidelines. Therefore, once shipped they cannot be returned. If you are not familiar with our syrups and concentrates please try one of the sample size before ordering larger quantities. Returns should be shipped via ups to:

Enclose a copy of the original invoice so that we can issue a credit for the refund. We suggest shipping your items via UPS so that you can track your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Damaged returns will be refused. Customers must pay return and original shipping costs.
