The HC-8EDC is a great solution for business owners that are on the move and do not want to use a noisy generator. This NSF listed machine uses easy to find cube ice. It is simple to use add ice to the hopper, close the lid, turn the power switch on and watch the HC-8EDC produce very soft shaved ice. Hatsuyuki's unique blade adjustment feature enables the user to control the texture of shaved ice produced which is a desirable feature not available on other brands of shaved ice machines.
