Ralph's Creamy Cream concentrate is blended to produce a unique rich tasting snow cone topping by simply mixing one part creamy cream with 1 part evaporated milk (1/2 creamy cream and 1/2 evaporated milk). This topping seems to have universal taste bud appeal and customers gladly pay extra to have an ounce or two poured over their snow cones. It is yellow, sweet, creamy and delicious! It also makes an excellent coffee creamer and sweetener.
1 quart of creamy cream makes 1/2 gallon of topping when mixed with 1 quart of evaporated milk. You will need a pour bottle, a pourer & a pourer cap for mixing and pouring the topping. Requires refrigeration after mixing.
